As our company grows, we have an increasing demand for support.

If you're a kind-hearted, helpful person and know your way around WordPress and Drupal, we'd love to hear from you.

Here's an overview of what we can offer you and what we're looking for in a support team member:

What we offer

  • A competitive salary plus benefits.
  • A great team to work with. You'll be working alongside friendly, talented and experienced developers.
  • Limited working hours. We almost never ask our guys to work more than 40 hours per week.

What we're looking for

  • You have a broad experience in WordPress, Drupal. Knowledge of other platforms such as Joomla and Magento is helpful, but we have those covered by other team members.
  • You have a warm and understanding attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Reliability. We have specific support hours for our customers, from about 9 to 5, New York time..
  • You have good English skills and can write blog posts for customers.

Some things you don't need

  • For this role, you don't need to be an expert immediately. After all, we can teach you.
  • You don't need to have been in support before. Again, we can help you get up to speed.
  • You don't have live in the USA, or be a native English speaker. We have strong Spanish and Portuguese-speaking team.
