Tue, 02/16/2010 - 12:09
There are 2 errors I get all the time when importing existing sites. I verify my platform and when the site is trying to import, I get this error:
This one is pretty easy to figure out, I have the wrong database info in my settings.php file. I probably had my DB password wrong or forgot to capitalize some letter.
Ok so easy fix. I correct the username/password/db name and click retry in Aegir.
.... wait ... wait....
Ahh failed again, new error:
This one was a a little trickier... but then I noticed it was talking about drush being in "sites/all/modules". I was like "say wahhh?" I realized that the old platform I had brought in had an older version of drush installed in the modules folder.
Ok so delete the drush folder... and it works...
